Your data
RORR works without an account, and it is built so that the things you would mind sharing are the things it never has. This page says exactly what that means, and gives you the controls rather than describing them.
What stays on this device
- The name you asked RORR to call you, if you gave one. It is used to say hello and nothing else.
- Your answers to the onboarding questions, including your height, weight, age and goal.
- The plan RORR built, and every change it has made since.
- Every session, activity and weigh-in you have logged.
- How you have said sessions felt, including anything you reported as pain.
None of it is sent anywhere. There is no account to attach it to and no server holding a copy, which is also why the backup below matters: if you lose this device, there is nothing for anyone to restore it from.
What RORR measures
With your permission, RORR counts which screens get opened, roughly what kind of device opened them, and how far through the setup questions people get before stopping, using Google Analytics. It is used to work out which parts of the app are worth improving.
Progress markers only, never answers. That RORR knows somebody reached the fourth question is a fact about the app. What they answered is on the list above, and stays on this device.
Currently: not answered
Who else is involved
Google, for the analytics above, and only if you allowed it. YouTube, in one place. A movement with a demonstration RORR has checked shows a player that loads nothing until you tap play, which is why it starts as a panel of text rather than a running embed, and it loads from YouTube’s no-cookie domain. A movement RORR has no checked video for says so and links nowhere.
RORR does not sell your data to anyone and has no email list to add you to.
Advertising
The movement library and the evidence pages carry advertising, served by Google. They are the pages people arrive at from a search, and they are the reason RORR costs nothing to use.
Nowhere else. Not on your day, not on your week, not on your plan, and not on the check-in. Those hold what you weigh and how you are coping, and they are not a place to sell anything.
Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers on those pages to choose what to show, which can be based on your previous visits to this and other sites. What they cannot see is anything you have entered here. Your weight, your goal, your sessions and what you said about them stay on this device, and there is no path from them to an advert.
You can turn personalised ads off, for every site rather than just this one, at My Ad Center. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland you are asked before any of it runs, and you can change that answer at any time from the same place you gave it.
Your controls
Take a copy of everything stored here. It is a plain JSON file, readable by you and restorable below.
No copy has been taken on this device. If you lose it, everything above goes with it.
Or delete the lot. This clears your profile, plan and every session you have logged from this device. It cannot be undone, and there is no copy elsewhere, so take a backup first if you might want it later.
